In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera next to the door located in the main garage entrance. There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.

While the home is located on a heavily travelled road in Valdosta, we believe it is set back far enough that you won’t be disturbed by the noise of traffic. The home is just a couple minute drive away from favorite local and chain restaurants.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home, front and back porch, and back yard. We have locked cabinets in the laundry room where our cleaners keep their supplies. Please do not attempt to open or unlock these cabinets.
