Both bedrooms feature comfortable king-sized beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Newly added flat screen TVs to both bedrooms with swivel mounts to watch tv in the comfort of your bed! The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and basic toiletries. Outside, you'll find a fenced-in backyard with a patio area and plenty of seating for outdoor relaxation. The backyard is perfect for your furry friends to run around in, and we welcome pets with prior approval. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this house is just a short drive from all the best shopping, dining, and entertainment that Tifton has to offer. Other Details to Note
In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera next to the door located at the front door. There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.
