Welcome to the Southern Charm Retreat, a cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath getaway designed with classic Southern style and comfort in mind. The living space is located upstairs above the garage, offering quiet privacy and partial views of the lake. Inside, you’ll find a king, queen, and full bed*, along with a full kitchen and inviting living area. The bathroom features a stand-up shower (no bathtub). You may park your vehicles in the designated garage on the main level, as well as on the grass in front of the property. Please do not park your vehicles on the paved driveway, as that driveway is designated to the lake house behind this home. *Please note the full bed is located in a bedroom adjoined to the king bedroom. You must enter Bedroom 1 to access Bedroom 3. Reference photos or message me for further clarification if you have any questions about home layout. For larger groups, we also have another Airbnb listing nearby. Guests have the option to book both properties together, which can accommodate up to 16 people in total and includes access to the lake and pool. It’s the perfect setup for families or groups who want to stay close to one another while enjoying plenty of space and shared amenities.
Other Details to Note
-There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in. -No Parties or Events -No Unauthorized Pets -No Moving Furniture -No Unregistered Guests -No Using Fireplace (There's no chimney) -No Stealing or Damaging Linens (You will have to pay for them to be replaced) -No Damaging Furniture (You will have to pay for damages that exceed security deposit) -Please be respectful of the neighbors and obey the quiet hours of 11pm-7am -Guests must climb stairs to access the home

Guests who book both of our nearby listings together can enjoy access to the lake and pool while accommodating up to 16 guests.
