Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on Newbury! Ideal for families or groups of up to 6, this charming home boasts a large living room perfect for gatherings. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added convenience and entertainment. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, complemented by an ensuite bathroom offering a relaxing soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient island with 3 stools for extra seating. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, which comfortably seats 4 and offers a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals and lively conversations. Outside, enjoy sunny days lounging by the above ground pool, surrounded by lush greenery. Whether you're unwinding in the serene ambiance of the neighborhood or exploring nearby attractions, our home promises a comfortable and rejuvenating stay! Please note: Guests will not have access to the garage. We do not allow trailers or RVs to be parked on the property.
Other Details to Note
-In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door and a Ring Floodlight Camera in the front and back yard. -There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in. -Guests will not have access to the garage during their stay. -We do not allow trailers or RVs to be parked at the property.
