-There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in. -No Parties or Events -No Pets Allowed -No Moving Furniture -No Unregistered Guests -No Using Fireplace -No Stealing or Damaging Linens (You will have to pay for them to be replaced) -No Damaging Furniture (You will have to pay for damages that exceed security deposit) -Please be respectful of the neighbors and obey the quiet hours of 11pm-7am
