In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera next the front door and a Ring Floodlight Camera above the carport. There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.
